A Real Thriller!

triller

Middle School for Arts and Philosophy currently has two UAP after-school programs: music taught by Edwin “Tut” Burks and dance taught by Robert Brooks.

Together, the two Teaching Artists paired up with the school’s theater teacher, Sue Knechtel to plan a performance for the school that was a real Thriller. No, really – all programs involved played tribute to Michael Jackson in their rendition of Thriller! The band lead by Mr. Tut played the instrumentals while the dance students performed choreography and one student performed a monologue. What a great close out to the Fall season!
