24 Hour Plays on Broadway 2008 - Thank You!

On November 17, 2008, Montblanc presented our 8th Annual The 24 Hour Plays on Broadway benefit for Urban Arts Partnership. This year’s unforgettable performances were led off with original poems written and performed by Olivia McClendon (The Facing History School ’09) and Manny Minaya (New Design High School ’09), two incredibly talented and dedicated Urban Arts Partnership students. You can read their complete poems here.

The night was also made possible through the generous involvement of our Supporting Sponsors: TRESemmé; Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP; Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP; Axiom; the Cashmans; Marvin & Linda Goldstein; Kate &  Scott Eichel; Josh Easterly; and Brown-Forman. Urban Arts Partnership appreciates their support of arts education for low-income NYC public schools.

As shown above, the night featured the incredible talent of actors (in order of appearance): David Cross, Craig ‘muMs’ Grant, Rosie Perez, Peter Hermann, Michael Ealy, Julia Stiles, Alexie Gilmore, Elijah Wood, Pablo Schreiber, Diane Neal, Sanaa Lathan, Alicia Witt, Horatio Sanz, Brittany Snow, Anthony Mackie, Cynthia Nixon, Jason Butler Harner, Justin Long, Maura Tierney, Matthew Settle, Rachel Dratch, Jennifer Esposito and Ben Shenkman; playwrights: Christina Anderson, Beau Willimon, Ellen Maddow, Ben Karlin, Terrence McNally and Adam Bock; directors: Josie Rourke, Thomas Kail, Peter Ellenstein, Lynne Meadow, Jessica Bauman and Ari Edelson; with musical guests M.
